My mother recently passed and I needed help figuring out what to do with regards to handling her remains. Well, five stars is too low a rating for these guys. Very kind, attentive, and understanding of any questions you may have. Communicating through the whole process was great, and the selection as far as services and burial vessels was really good as well. Even for someone on a limited budget like myself.
