Celeste was wonderful!!! She was knowledgeable about here industry and clearly communicated options and information of procedural requirements and timelines. Working with Affordable Cremation services didn’t add to the grief our family was feeling. It would be great to never need these services again, but should I, Affordable will get the call. PS Tell loved ones you love them!!! Before Affordable’s services are needed.

We called on the recommendation of hospice to make funeral arrangements that were not pre-planned. Our experience was very positive in all respects. The people who assisted us were caring and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with Celeste who provided good, clear information and kind support without trying to "sell" or promote anything. The quality of everything was very high and the prices very reasonable.

The process was painless. We called several places and Affordable Cremation actually answered the phone and spoke to me directly. No one else even bothered to return my call. These are not fun calls to make and to have someone pick up the phone and answer my questions immediately really meant a lot and made the entire process easier. I had questions and asked if there were any surprise costs, etc. Celeste sent me an email (within 10 minutes) detailing everything and the costs associated with each. You feel so vulnerable in this situation. You wonder if you are doing the right thing for your loved one. After speaking with Celeste I was sure Affordable Cremation was the right choice. In fact I was so happy with their services and the way they took care of my brother I'm going to preplan and specify they will be used when I pass.
