I’m so glad that last year my husband and I went through the process of prepaying and preparing for our needs at the time of death. When my husband unexpectedly ended up coming home from the hospital on a very short hospice stay this year I was relieved to know what would happen to him after he passed was already prepared. It made a very difficult time easier with just a phone call.

Suzette was incredibly compassionate in managing the arrangements for my father. This is an incredibly emotional process (obviously) for one to manage for their loved ones, but Suzette's clear instruction was reassuring and helped to ease my overwhelm of the "next steps." In addition, her incredible empathy through the process was so healing and I appreciated her so much. Highly recommend to others in similar situations.

I have never been more impressed with a company. They exuded patience and kindness. Their follow through was impeccable. They were so thoughtful with my temporary inability to pay attention to detail. I certainly was not at my mental best with the sudden loss of my mom. They were very helpful. They offered great suggestions and were so timely in their responses. I will refer them over and over again.
