Sources of Personal Information
Generally, we obtain the categories of Personal Information listed above from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from you. For example, from documents that you provide to us related to the Services for which you engage us.
- Directly and indirectly from activity on the Sites. For example, from submissions through our website portal or website usage details collected through cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies.

Cookies, Pixels, and Other Tracking Technologies
When you use the Sites, we may use a variety of technologies to collect certain information. This technology can assign a unique identifier to you, which can then be used to connect your use of the Sites to other information about you, including your Personal Information.
We, our advertising partners, and our service providers may use:

The length of time a cookie will stay on your device depends on whether it is a “session” or “persistent” cookie. Session cookies generally stay on your device until you stop browsing. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or are deleted. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies on our Sites.

Analytics: We may use analytics tools to monitor and analyze the use of our Sites, including Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google LLC that tracks and reports website traffic. This software may collect information such as your IP address, location, operating system, access time, duration of visit, and actions you take on our Sites. Google Analytics is owned and controlled by Google LLC. Data collected by Google is subject to its privacy policy. Online Advertising: Our Sites collect information about you in order to target advertisements to you when you browse the internet or use social media. One of the tools we use for this purpose is Google Ads, which is an advertising service provided by Google. Google uses cookies and other identifiers, in combination with their own data, to show you ads based on your usage of our Sites. You can personalize the ads you receive or opt out of ads from Google by visiting the Google Ads Settings page. Session Monitoring: Some of the technologies used on our Sites allow us and our service providers to monitor and analyze how visitors use our Sites in order to better understand user behavior and improve our Services. When you interact with us online, information related to your browsing behavior may be collected by us and our service providers.
Chat Features: We may offer interactive chat features on our Sites to assist with customer service. When you participate in a chat, either with a virtual or live agent, the contents of the chat may be captured and kept as a transcript. By using these features, you understand that our vendors may process the information obtained through the feature to provide the service on our behalf.
Do Not Track Signals: Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” or “DNT” signals. Since uniform standards for “DNT" signals have not been adopted, our Sites do not currently process or respond to “DNT” signals.
How Long We Retain Personal Information
We may retain your Personal Information for a period consistent with the original purpose of our collection or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. When determining the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the volume, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information being processed, as well as our legal obligations. How We Disclose Personal Information
Disclosures for Business or Commercial Purposes: We may disclose any category of Personal Information we collect to our affiliates, service providers, and contractors in the following circumstances:
- Performing services (including processing, maintaining, or collecting Personal Information) on our behalf related to the operation of our business and/or the Services. These include companies that host our Services, manage databases, perform analyses, send communications for us, process payments on our behalf, ship your orders, provide you with live chat service, or provide certain other components of the Services.

In addition to the purposes described above, we may use and disclose any category of Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information we collect to respond to governmental law enforcement requests, or as otherwise required or authorized by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations; to protect our rights and interests and those of others; to resolve any disputes; to enforce our policies; and to evaluate or conduct a merger, sale, or other acquisition of some or all of our assets.
Targeted Advertising, Sales, and Sharing of Personal Information: Although we do not sell personal information in exchange for money, some of the ways in which we share Personal Information for targeted advertising or with partner businesses may be defined as “selling” or “sharing” by certain states’ privacy laws. We “sell” or share for targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising the following categories of Personal Information: Identifiers, Personal Records, Commercial Information, Internet or other electronic network activity, Geolocation data, and Inferences. We sell and share this information to third-party marketing partners for the purpose of providing you with targeted advertising, and to some types of analytics vendors. In addition, if you request services in an area we do not serve, we may sell or share your name and contact information to a referral partner that serves that area. Opt-Out Choices
Opting Out of Targeted Advertising, Sales, and Sharing of Personal Information: In accordance with applicable state privacy laws, we provide the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, and sharing of your Personal Information. If you would like to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, and sharing taking place through cookies and other tracking technologies, please use the tools available on our websites. Consumers in some states, such as California and Colorado, may also use the Global Privacy Control signal to opt out. If you choose to use a browser-based opt-out signal, you will be opted out of targeted advertising, sales, and sharing through tracking technologies, and will need to turn it on for each browser you use. Mobile Device Location: If you agreed to allow the Company and/or our third-party partners to collect and/or share information about the precise location of your device by tracking a mobile application, you can withdraw your permission by accessing and changing your device’s location privacy settings. This will prevent further collection of your precise device location information. Each operating system, iOS for Apple devices and Android for Android devices, provides its own instructions on how to turn off precise location sharing. Email Communication Preferences: If you want to opt-out from a Company email newsletter or marketing email list for any reason (including if you would prefer not to receive messages that include tracking technologies such as pixels), please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message or send us an email at [email protected] with the email address at which you no longer wish to receive newsletters or marketing emails.
State-Specific Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, or a consumer who resides in Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, or Virginia (collectively, “Covered States”), you have the right to request that we take certain actions regarding your Personal Information, as set forth below.

For authentication, you will be asked to log into your account or to provide 2-3 pieces of Personal Information that we will match against our records. In some states and for some types of requests, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; however, you will still need to verify your identity directly with us before your request can be processed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the webform or toll-free number listed above. We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise any of your privacy rights under the Covered State privacy laws.
California Privacy Rights
Right to Know: You may request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information. Once we receive and confirm your request, including verifying your identity, we will disclose to you:
- The categories of Personal Information we collected about you;
- The categories of sources from which we collected the Personal Information;
- Our business purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Information;
- The categories of recipients to which we disclose Personal Information;

Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Where we use deidentification to satisfy a deletion request, we commit to maintaining and using the information in deidentified form and will not to attempt to reidentify the information.
Right to Correct: If you believe that Personal Information we maintain about you is inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct that information.

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use Sensitive Personal Information for purposes to which the right to limit use and disclosure applies under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Privacy Rights for Consumers in Colorado, Oregon, and Virginia
Right to Access and Data Portability: You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information, to access to your Personal Information, and to obtain a copy of certain Personal Information in a portable format. Oregon consumers may also request a list of third parties to which we disclosed Personal Information.
Right to Correct: You may correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and our purposes for processing it.
Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your Personal Information. Exceptions may apply. Where we use deidentification to satisfy a deletion request, we commit to maintaining and using the information in deidentified form and will not to attempt to reidentify the information.
Right to Opt Out: You have the right to opt out of the following uses of your Personal Information: (a) targeted advertising; (b) the sale of Personal Information; and (c)profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements. We do not sell Personal Information for money and do not profile individuals in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects under applicable state privacy laws. Right to Appeal: Sometimes we are unable to process requests relating to your Personal Information, in which case, your request will be denied. Nevada Privacy Rights
Our uses of Personal Information are not sales under Nevada law. If you have any questions or if you would like to receive notice by email in the event we should engage in “sales” of Personal Information under Nevada law in the future, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
International Visitors
We are based in and operate within the United States. If you access our Services from outside of the United States, your Personal Information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and may be accessed by US courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
