They were good. A representative came to our house so my husband could sign the paperwork, some months before he died. He died at home, in Home Hospice ( they were great, too) so when he died I simply called Hospice, they called Alpha, Alpha called me and we arranged for them to come that evening. I wanted to sit with him for awhile....around 6 pm 2 young came and carefully wrapped him in a white blanket and carried him away. It felt good. We got his ashes in maybe 10 days, can't remember.
