I worked with an angel named Kathleen through the processes of my son’s untimely passing. He was a veteran and she handled everything from bringing me his ashes when I could not get out of the car to attending his military service with me for support. When our VA pastor backed out at the last minute, her wonderful husband stepped up to read my son‘s eulogy. I will never forget these two people they helped to put my heart at ease and my son to rest. She answered every question I had plus more. She was kind and patient with me and followed up with self care resources for me and family members. Her heart was touched by my son ‘s story, and I could feel the compassion she had for our loss. I don’t know that I can say enough about this wonderful woman. I truly believe she is an angel sent to help me through this. She went above and beyond to help us through this tragedy and has my highest respect and praise for the wonderful job she did.

Crown Memorial was the best choice my group could have made for the final remains of our good friend, Eldon.
Super friendly staff who instructed and then carried out their obligation with compassion and kindness at all times.
When the time came to have his remains picked up, the two ladies who arrived were friendly and efficient. Made for a calming experience at the end.
I fully recommend Crown Memorial Center to everyone who wants a smooth, beautiful experience at a difficult time.
