Beers and Story first opened our doors almost 100 years ago and we have been active members of the community ever since. Three generations later, our mission remains the same: to provide compassionate, professional funeral and cremation services in South Hadley, Massachusetts. - Many optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, and more - at additional charge.

Cremation Services
- Includes all of the essential services of the funeral director and staff.
- Removal and local transportation of your loved one to the crematory (within 25 miles).
- Care of your loved one until cremation is complete.
- Cremation process and return of ashes.
- Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
- All the necessary permits and authorizations.
- Free self-service online obituary.
- Many optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, and more - at additional charge.

Supremely competent, professional, kind, and highly sensitive staff and owners. All the people I dealt with were women. I don't know if this is a women-owned company, but all the better if it is. Highly recommended.
