Beers & Story your employees have been so amazing. The compassion and sympathy that we have had over the telephone and in person have been amazing. We were treated really bad with another furnuel home. I called Beer's & Story in Palmer and Your answering service took my call. The girl that answered was so wonderful and spoke so nicely to us. The other furnuel home was just worried all about the $$. We were told we had 2 hrs for someone to pick up ours Mothers body. The answering service had someone call me right back. The women who called back deserves a raise. She was well mannered and her compassion and sympathy for us was just so wonderful. She stayed in contact telling us they picked up our mother and then they gave us the weekend to pull ourselves together before we made arrangments for our mom. Alyssa and the other girls I want to say thank you so very much. You ladies have been so wonderful. best experience we have had beers and story will be the only place i use for furnuel arrangement and I referr to family and friends.
