Well this is different isn’t it ….. not really like reviewing your local McDonald’s or even a hardware store. Not a lot of people googling bedside for this sort of thing, but on the off chance that there is someone else like me that was completely unprepared for final preparations of loved one’s, you can look no further. Heritage was phenomenal at providing dignity in death for my father through the entire process. From leaving the most profound gesture of sorrow in a white rose on the place where my father passed, to allowing us an hour to say goodbye at the funeral home. Their patience with us as we processed our grief and relived our joy was greatly appreciated, we know we ate up so much time with stories that only make family laugh and at moments we were inconsolable but at no point were we rushed or made to bring attention back to the papers at hand. They handled all of the documents for my mother and made sure his obituary reflected the man we knew and loved instead of being a cut and copy transcript. His ashes were returned promptly and no pushy sales tactic was ever used to get us to purchase anything above the necessary, they do offer tons of memorial items and urns. The respect that the living, as well as those no longer with us,receive from these individuals is set at such a high standard I can not imagine finding a better group of people to help guide you through the hardest of times in our lives as humans.

Love Glen Haven Memorial Gardens the staff is very friendly and kind. I have several family members and friends whom are buried there along with my parents. When ever a problem arises they are always there to help. Thank you for allowing my brother and I to spend as much time with our mom at the end of her service. Our family really appreciated that. The grandkids and great grandkids got to say there good byes with out being rushed to leave. We thank you and the staff for that.
