I contacted Rick Gugli of Hiers-Baxley (The Villages) after my sister's passing and cremation in Colorado Springs. Her desire to have services in The Villages in Florida and to be placed with her husband at the Florida National Cemetery necessitated all arrangements to be conducted by text or phone. We arrived at the Funeral Home (having had no prior personal visits) and Rick had everything in order incl a Deacon, a buffet to follow and arrangements for travel and interment at the cemetery. Rick handled everything flawlessly with compassion and professionalism and was available every moment of the day for advice and assistance. The Funeral Home was First Class and well appointed.
