This is an incredibly emotional process (obviously) for one to manage for their loved ones, but Suzette's clear instruction was reassuring and helped to ease my overwhelm of the "next steps." We're does one begin, from the initial phone call to check-in's letting us know that everything is okay and things are being processed. phone calls for quick questions emails to confirm acknowledgment. process was simple and easy we're very very grateful for BAC.
