I was very pleased with the service my family received at Scott County Carter Trent.

My family has used Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home for the deaths of my Mom (3 years ago) and my Father (last month). The personnel are friendly, courteous, willing to help and provide guidance to the family members in the preparation for the funeral. The selection of the casket, communication, and preparations were guided by the staff to provide what my Father wanted. The body of my Father was prepared as directed, even exceeding the family's expectations. The service and military funeral occurred without any issues. I can say that the staff of Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home are, I believe, the best in this region, and I cannot recommend them more highly.

During an already difficult time for our family with the loss of my husband, Jacob and the entire staff has gone above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. The kindness and compassion from everyone speaks volumes. They have handled several members of our family and I would not think twice about using them again. Thank you all!!
