We were so very blessed to have the team at Becks Tribute Center help us through the difficult time with the loss of our Mother. Finley Romano is the finest representative one could ask for from any company. He exhibited 'attention to detail' in every aspect of the process and followed up by telephone & email almost daily. Emma was an exceptional representative as well. The only negative issue was the slow response on the day of passing [took them 7 hours to get here for pickup]. There was some kind of a mixup as I understand. Otherwise, this company is exemplary.
