They were always polite and answered my questions. I was able to pick up my husband’s ashes in Bellevue which was convenient. They offered several resources for handling grief.

Finley Romano is the finest representative one could ask for from any company. He exhibited 'attention to detail' in every aspect of the process and followed up by telephone & email almost daily. Emma was an exceptional representative as well. The only negative issue was the slow response on the day of passing [took them 7 hours to get here for pickup]. There was some kind of a mixup as I understand. Otherwise, this company is exemplary.
