Regency Mortuary provided me cremation and mortuary service after the passing of my elderly mother in Peoria, AZ. I chose them because they were close to the Memory Care center where my mother spent her final year, and their prices were very reasonable. Cheryl from Regency provided me with excellent service and was very thorough in guiding me through all the necessary steps following my mother's passing, including arranging the transfer of her remains to be interred with my father's remains at the VA National Cemetery. Other mortuary companies I contacted were offering services I did not need as part of their base price, while Regency provided me with the exact services I needed and never tried to upsell me on additional services. Based on my experience I can fully recommend Regency Mortuary.

2020: Arizona Affordable Funeral Home was there for us when everything seemed impossible. After our mother passed away we felt so lost, we didn't have much money for fancy extras. Tammi really listeded and helped us follow our mothers wishes without upsaleing us on things we didn't want or need. She made us feel comfortable and made us understand our options. We were able to afford the cremation and each of us picked out a keep sake charm with our mothers finger print. 2024: I have decided to edit this review, to share how affordable funeral home has continued to be a wonderful experience for me and my family. My mother passed away 4 years ago during the pandemic from covid-19, it Was very unexpected. The funeral home explained that they would be taking fingerprints from my mother prior to cremating her. They told us those fingerprints could be used to order fingerprint keepsakes that we could keep with us always. We we expressed that my mother's favorite finger was her middle finger and we were given a PIN # that coincided with her middle fingerprint. All of my mother's children got a keepsake and are very happy with our charms. I wanted to order a keepsake for my aunt, but I lost the fingerprint code. Luckily affordable funeral home was more than helpful:) they were able to locate her records from 4 years ago, and returned my call with the PIN number I needed without any fuss. The death of my step mom was sudden and occurred before dawn. Legacy responded immediately. They took care of things so my son and I didn't have to think. Legacy handled everything they could for us and made things easy. Price wise it was very reasonable and affordable. I thank and bless them for everything.
