Our family had an excellent experience at Advent. Coreen made the process easy. She was clear with instructions & helpful getting forms to the *six* siblings of our deceased relative - who all needed to digitally sign certain documents. Side note: if you have older relatives who aren't good with computers, you might want to assign someone to help them "digitally sign" long distance (if this comes up for you). When we had an issue with this, Coreen did some great hand-holding on the phone & helped our non-computer-savvy relative get it done. Every single representative we spoke with was kind, nice, & easy to work with. We never felt rushed - Coreen let us gather ourselves slowly. Advent's space in Alexandria is so nice I wondered if they ever rented it out for parties (the answer: no). Advent's prices for cremation were competitive & often cheaper than the other five places I initially called. We made the right choice, going with Advent. We highly recommend Coreen & the Advent staff.

Coreen and Jeff were wonderful to work with. They both went out of their way to accommodate our needs as we were from out of state. After the services they offered much helpful information on who to notify etc. I would use them again and highly recommend.
