Hello my name is Veryl Burditt my experience with Romero Funeral Home was very comforting I came in broken after I Lost my Loved one and the Director that worked with me Eva was absolutely amazing very professional and most of all she cared and really felt the situation that I was in. her and Romero Funeral Home really went over and beyond for me and my Loved one. My 18 year old son passed in November 2024. Unique at the Aurora location worked with us to handle his services. We had some issues along the way with the police, coroner and getting money released to pay for his services. Unique worked with us every step and helped alleviate any issues that came up. She was always helpful with any questions we had and never made us feel we were inconveniencing her. I highly recommend Romero Funeral home.

We used Blue Mountain for a cremation after the death of my mom. Crystal was patient and caring during the entire process, assuring us that they would take good care of her. All the paperwork was completed online, and we were kept aware of the entire timeline and what to expect. Crystal made this process seamless for us. I would highly recommend their services.
