I had lost my mother on January 22nd, 2025 and my mind was all over the place. I had researched Funeral Homes in the Tampa/Land O Lakes areas which there were a few I was interested in visiting. I can tell you this, If it wasn't for Bill, my family and I would have gone elsewhere. He was very sympathetic, personable, patient, and funny. He made the process so much easier on my family during this difficult time. It's hard to get my family to agree on anything, but he managed to get a unanimous decision from all of us. This was my second experience with Loyless Funeral Home. My husband and I accompanied my sister to make final arrangements when her husband died in 2023. My sister passed away December 2024. We returned to the Loyless Funeral Home location on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. to make her final arrangements. I had spoken with funeral director, Norma Johnson prior to our meeting. When we arrived, she had all necessary documents prepared, lessening the emotional burden for me. On our way home after the meeting, I told my husband my sister would have loved Norma. Norma combined professionalism with a warm-hearted personal manner. She assured me death certificates would be mailed to my sister's son in another state. He contacted me to let me know he had received the certificates. My heartfelt gratitude to Norma from me and on behalf of nephew.
