This was my second experience with Loyless Funeral Home. My husband and I accompanied my sister to make final arrangements when her husband died in 2023. My sister passed away December 2024. We returned to the Loyless Funeral Home location on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. to make her final arrangements. I had spoken with funeral director, Norma Johnson prior to our meeting. When we arrived, she had all necessary documents prepared, lessening the emotional burden for me. On our way home after the meeting, I told my husband my sister would have loved Norma. Norma combined professionalism with a warm-hearted personal manner. She assured me death certificates would be mailed to my sister's son in another state. He contacted me to let me know he had received the certificates. My heartfelt gratitude to Norma from me and on behalf of nephew.

Murray was very thorough and provided great recommendations on what is needed. He did not try to hard sell anything. He gave us peace of mind that we have everything prepared so our kids won't have to deal with any of that.
