When our mother and father passed away. My family and I used Kerseys for funeral they were very compassionate, helpful and made the whole process easy to make decisions with their help. Would without hesitation use them again we ever needed them in the future.

My mother passed suddenly at the age of 90. I had no idea what to expect as far as arrangements were concerned. Thankfully Kevin took great care of myself and family during this time. Kevin made the situation so comforting and easy, I really don't know how I would've gotten thru this very difficult time without him and the rest of the staff. Thank you so much for everything.

This was my second experience with Loyless Funeral Home. My husband and I accompanied my sister to make final arrangements when her husband died in 2023. My sister passed away December 2024. We returned to the Loyless Funeral Home location on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. to make her final arrangements. I had spoken with funeral director, Norma Johnson prior to our meeting. When we arrived, she had all necessary documents prepared, lessening the emotional burden for me. On our way home after the meeting, I told my husband my sister would have loved Norma. Norma combined professionalism with a warm-hearted personal manner. She assured me death certificates would be mailed to my sister's son in another state. He contacted me to let me know he had received the certificates. My heartfelt gratitude to Norma from me and on behalf of nephew.
