Very kind and patient during an awful time.

My dad died in 2021 from Covid. He was in Nevada, and I am in Oregon, so I was very concerned it would be a nightmare to handle (travel bans in place, plus I have an immune condition myself) . They were quick and efficient, and made everything simple, which was extremely appreciated, as I was exhausted, had never been through a death like this, and was the only person to handle the arrangements. They offered aquamation; my father was in the Navy and loved the water, so this was a nice tribute (they made sure to mention his service record in the death certificate as well). This review is late, but I wanted to add it. Thank you for being compassionate and not over-complicating an already difficult situation.

When having to make the most difficult decisions, I promise that you cannot go wrong with "Scott". We knew right away that he truly cared. He handled everything for us with Compassion, Understanding, Love and Concern. He actually went above and beyond usual procedures just to bring a little more comfort to this grieving family. Also, I may mention, he has no desire to get as much money as possible from you like most other places did. Thank you Scott & others. May God Bless you.

Jannel was so very helpful at an awful time, helping me to have an improper death certificate fixed and otherwise just caring, which is pretty much what one needs at a time of great grief.

Steve was so caring and compassionate every step of the way, and this place charged 1/3 of the price as the full service funeral home.
