My dad died in 2021 from Covid. He was in Nevada, and I am in Oregon, so I was very concerned it would be a nightmare to handle (travel bans in place, plus I have an immune condition myself) . They were quick and efficient, and made everything simple, which was extremely appreciated, as I was exhausted, had never been through a death like this, and was the only person to handle the arrangements. They offered aquamation; my father was in the Navy and loved the water, so this was a nice tribute (they made sure to mention his service record in the death certificate as well). This review is late, but I wanted to add it. Thank you for being compassionate and not over-complicating an already difficult situation.

My experience with Vegas Valley Cremation was extremely positive. My father passed away at 1 o'clock in the morning and I was advised by the hospital that I had to find someone to pick up his body before leaving the hospital. My husband and I were scrambling calling different cremation places to see who was the most affordable. Scott with Vegas Valley Cremation was one of the only people to answer the phone and to our surprise their price was the most affordable for us at $950.00. Scott checked in regularly giving updates on the status of my father. He made the process as easy as it could be for us. I appreciate all of his help and I would definitely recommend the business to any family faced with making these difficult decisions when experiencing the loss of a loved one.

Jannel was so very helpful at an awful time, helping me to have an improper death certificate fixed and otherwise just caring, which is pretty much what one needs at a time of great grief.
