Our family used Benito&Azzaro for my 98 year old mom’s services. She passed peacefully at home just before 3 AM and by 5AM B&A had come for her and kindly asked if we needed more time before they took her away. We were able to meet with them the next day. They did all the contact work with our church and the cemetery. Everything came together without any issues. They were so kind at every level of this emotional time. It was a beautiful facility too. Just perfect for our ceremony.

Benito & Azzaro provided professional, respectful, compassionate, efficient, and supportive service and guidance through all aspects of my husband's end of life process, from the removal of his body under a flag to acknowledge his military service, to picking up the slack when the Pajaro Valley Cemetery District folks dropped the ball in setting up for the graveside service. Richie, who accompanied the remains to the cemetery was calm, compassionate, and creative in borrowing a table from the church next door when the Cemetery District failed to provide the promised set-up and when they brought the wrong size "vault" for the burial of the urn. His guidance, along with that of Pastor Jonas Ellison of Christ Lutheran Church, resulted in a process that felt respectful and acknowledging of my husband's life and my own emotional needs. Thank you also to Megan and David who patiently handled my many questions throughout the process. The experience and professionalism of the staff at Benito and Azzaro could not be more appreciated.
