As anyone knows, it is difficult to communicate during a grieving time. I worked with Deanna Gonzales from the start and she was compassionate and gentle throughtout the process. She made an unbearable time more manageable. We thank you.

I can't thank Danny in the Santa Fe office enough for his care, compassion and excellent customer service. My dad died in California and wanted to be buried in the National Cemetery in Santa Fe. Danny coordinated with the funeral home in CA and the National Cemetery so that I didn't have to. He answered all of my many questions so patiently and calmed my nerves. The funeral service was just perfect. It is such a confusing, emotional time for a family--my dad (and I) could not have been better cared for than by Danny. I highly recommend Danny and Riverside.

The level of service and the level of empathy, was well beyond our expectations and helped us through a difficult time and reduced the stress of our situation. Just before Christmas, my grandmother passed away. Though we were expecting her to pass away, it still hit us hard. My grandmother didn't want a funeral service and wanted to be cremated. Anthony at riverside went out of his way to make sure my grandmother was treated with dignity, but also placed my grandmother's ashes in the most beautifully simple urn, which is exactly what we were hoping for. When she was ready, Anthony drove from Albuquerque to Santa fe to deliver her ashes to us. Thank you Anthony for everything you did to make sure my grandmother was treated with dignity and respect. This means the world to us, thank you!!!!
