My father recently passed away and had his arrangements in order thru All Veterans Cremation. Gail was professional, sympathetic and very helpful with the process.

PERFECT!!!! I felt I was being helped by a family friend. Not everyone has to deal with losing both parents only 7 weeks apart, but I never felt alone. I had Meridee. She could not have been any better at not only guiding me through the hard decisions, but was also there for me though to freak outs of not knowing what I was doing. She even guided my through how to get my father's military funeral right and helped me get the perfect date for the service. If I had to come up with something to not be 100% happy about it would be the Meridee had to have someone else from the company be at the one to guide me at the service, but even that lady was a kind, caring, and compassionate individual who helped the hardest day in my life be perfect. Thank you everyone for everything.

The staff at Ponderosa Valley, particularly Madilyn, was wonderful. I appreciate their responsiveness, kindness, and care of my father.
