I was able to set up everything via email, including signing the necessary documents. Being from out of state and having a limited time before having to return home, Dennis made sure I was able to get my mother’s remains before I returned home. Julie reached out once I got back home offering resources for grieving families. Overall, despite the circumstances, I had a positive experience.
