Clyde E. Summers founded our company in 1911 when he partnered with P.L. Fry. The business passed through several partnerships and purchases over the years, but kept the continuity of a trusted business with a commitment to service.
When our team of professionals isn't working hard caring for the families we serve, they enjoy time with their families, community groups, and hobbies in and around Boise and Meridian. Whether camping, whitewater rafting, or fly-fishing, many of the staff take advantage of our area's natural wonders and are proud to call Idaho home.

- Price is for direct cremation with basic cremation container and without visitation, formal services, or ceremony.
- Includes all of the essential services of the funeral director and staff.
- Removal and transportation of your loved one to the funeral home (within a 30 mile radius of the funeral home).
- Care of your loved one until cremation is complete.
- Cremation process and return of ashes.
- Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
- All the necessary permits and authorizations.
- Free self-service online obituary.
- Many other optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, on-site catering, scattering assistance, and more - at additional charge.

Burial Services Starting At

- Price is for burial with no visitation or formal services and ceremonies. Does not include casket, outer burial container, or cemetery costs.
- Includes all of the essential services of the funeral director and staff;
- Removal of your loved one as well as transportation to the cemetery for burial (within a 30 mile radius of the funeral home).
- Care of your loved one until burial is complete.
- Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
- All the necessary permits and authorizations.
- Free self-service online obituary.

Summers gave my family outstanding service and support throughout the entire process for our mother. They are professional and go to great lengths to accommodate any needs that arise. Brian was in attendance at both the service and inurnment availability for any questions or concerns we may of had. They created a slideshow for the reception that was beautiful and truly amazing, the attention to detail and our requests being implemented impressed me a lot. During a stressful and sad time in our lives I could not imagine how we would have gotten through it without the support and care of their team. I highly recommend Summers for the final needs of a loved one.
