Crown Cremation Services - Portland

This is a review I never dreamed of writing. I am so grateful we worked with Bruce for my 11 month old son's cremation. He was very understanding, prompt in returning calls and getting paperwork prepared. He helped us to expedite the cremation to the day after they received his body, and we were able to spend time with our son at the cremation site in Tualatin in a private room, and then wait there for his ashes. I appreciated that we always knew where our son was, and could be with him as much as was possible. In this process, after my mom called many different sites, we learned that most cremation services do not have their own cremation site, so your loved one could potentially be sent to a far away location and wait in a much longer line to be cremated and you cannot be there while it happens. Having the services of Crown to allow us to be onsite and ensure we were with our son until the very end was the most important aspect to me and brought some sense of comfort in this horrific tragedy, and I'm so grateful we were able to do that through Crown.

We had some back and forth a couple of times regarding correct information on the death certificate, but we got it resolved. Everyone I came in contact with, was kind and caring. Olivia was excellent, and very helpful in explaining things. Thank you.

We had purchased our prepaid plans a number of years ago and convinced my wife’s aging mother (who was living with us at the time) to also purchase a prepaid policy. When she died recently, they were very professional and caring about the process and we received several calls to obtain the necessary information for the death certificate. They provided a link in an email to sign the necessary documents online and the process was very straightforward and easy. We would highly recommend this company and their support during this trying time.
